Elven Archer
An elven archer perches in a tree. He sees an approaching foe, who does not see or hear as the elf knocks an arrow to his bow.
This image was drawn of model and friend Michael Darnell, who frequents conventions and Renaissance festivals in his often self designed and tailored costumes. Drawn in 2006 with pencil, when posted on my blogs was picked up by both White Silver Publishing and Margaret Weis Productions to be used in their publications The Chronicles of Ramlar and DragonLance RPG. It is the only piece of artwork to bear that distinction, especially as it was created without the intent of being used as an illustration.
